Enre’s artistic journey began with a collective exhibition at Galería Sol del Río in Guatemala City, followed by participation in the Certamen Feria Juanio. Early in their career, Enre honed their craft through a residency with renowned photographer Luis González Palma in 1995 and studio work with celebrated painter Moisés Barrios in 1996. This period of exploration and learning set the foundation for their future works.

Their first solo exhibition at Galería Sol del Río solidified their presence in the art scene, which led to their international debut at Art Miami in 1998, once again through the same gallery. The following year, Enre’s visibility continued to grow with a solo exhibition at Galería Belia de Vico in Guatemala City and participation in Madrid’s prestigious ARCO art fair, also through Galería Sol del Río.

In the early 2000s, Enre expanded their creative network by participating in several influential exhibitions and projects. In 2000, they took part in the collective exhibition and digital performance “URU Suelo” at Conde Duque in Madrid, marking their first major exploration of digital performance art. This was followed by presenting the digital community Numo at Media Lab Madrid in 2001. Enre further pushed their creative boundaries in 2002 by participating in “Dinámicas Fluidas: I International Festival of Art, Science, and Technology” in Madrid. In 2006, their work was showcased in a collective exhibition at the Central de Diseño, Matadero, Madrid.

During this period, Enre also expanded their artistic network through collaborations with prominent figures such as photographer Chema Madoz (Innovae 2007, FECTY), fashion designer Ion Fiz (2006, 2007 and 2008) and designer Sybilla (2009). This connection further cemented Enre's place within the contemporary art world and allowed them to explore new creative territories.

Over time, Enre shifted their focus to work as an art director for major brands like Loewe, Diageo, Nestle, Mondelez, Bicycle or Coca Cola, a move that allowed them to combine fine art, commercial creativity, and design in their projects. These collaborations resulted in an impressive portfolio of digital work, attracting a new wave of collectors and expanding their influence in both the commercial and fine art realms.

Enre’s excellence in design has been internationally recognized, with accolades including two Gold Pentawards in 2016 and 2017, three ADG Laus awards (gold, silver, and a nomination) in 2008 and 2009, and two Best National Design Awards in 2015 and 2018. These achievements underscore Enre’s ability to push creative boundaries across disciplines while maintaining a distinctive and innovative artistic vision.
